Your purpose at Kertos

As our new Product Manager you’ll be both customer champion and team enabler. Together with your product squad you are driving forward our mission to become Europe’s leading B2B solution for data privacy. If you're passionate about shaping the future of an amazing product, this might just be the right job for you! What you’ll be doing here: 

• Identify and prioritize product features to meet customer needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams for actionable plans. 
• Play a pivotal role in the product development process, from ideation to delivery, by introducing and driving innovative ideas.
• Keep our product roadmap updated, using tools like Productboard or innovative methods to communicate evolving product strategy to the team and stakeholders. 
• Create user stories with detailed product functionality descriptions to facilitate effective communication with the development team and stakeholders. 
• Support the development team for a smooth sprint cycle, providing clarification on product-related matters and fostering a collaborative environment.

The skills, motivation, and mentality you should bring

• You are an experienced Product Manager and ideally have worked in a B2B SaaS startup or scale up for the past years, feeling most comfortable working in this environment  
• You are used to working with agile methods, particularly Scrum, to drive efficient product development  
• You are obsessed with customers, always prioritizing their needs and satisfaction of our users to improve our platform 
• You leverage your strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in cross-functional teams  
• You handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously with ease thanks to your strong project and stakeholder management skills  

 German language skills are not mandatory but appreciated. And if you happen to have experience in Compliance, GDPR and/or Information Security, especially with ISO 27001, that’d be also a big plus.
