Your Role

Avi Medical is looking for an experienced Product Manager (f/m/d) to support our Product and Engineering teams in our HQ in Munich. You will work across the entire range of Avi Medical software systems. This includes both the systems that run our clinics used by medical staff and our web and mobile apps used by the patients who visit our practices. You will work on simplifying the complexity of medical services, collaborate with an agile cross functional development team,  and enabe our users to adopt changes fast.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and track OKRs/Success Metrics and KPIs for the projects your team is delivering
  • Break strategic goals down into product features and where required by the team, write detailed user stories and clear functional requirements.
  • Work closely with experienced and innovative engineering teams to achieve the best time-to-market with optimal resources.
  • Be the subject matter expert and evangelist for all our products. Helping both customers and medical services staff get the most from our platform.
  • Think about improving the whole medical service, not just the software product, whilst participating in and coordinating user research activities with your design peer to better understand our users needs
  • Gather data where it is missing and evaluate the data to draw conclusions.
  • Bringing product improvements to market by collaborating across the business to cover topics such as: a feature's positioning and messaging, launching the feature, and internal training needs
  • Push boundaries and always look for out-of the box solutions
Your Profile
  • 3+ years of experience as a digital product manager in a fast-paced environment; 
  • Track record for measuring the impact of improvements to products.
  • High attention to detail and at the same time being able to keep the big vision in mind
  • Experience supporting and defining discovery processes such as data analytics, user interviews, surveys, and anthropometric studies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, you will be working with various stakeholders from different departments and business areas
  • The ability to work in SQL or similar languages on reporting and data platforms to create your own insights
  • Full working proficiency in German and English

Other desirable experience

  • Experience with B2C products and two-sided platforms
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Technical skills or a knowledge of Design.
  • Working in health care - especially primary care.
