Role Description

As a Product Manager in the Growth organization, you will lead your technical cross-functional team (engineering, design, data science, research) to inflect Dropbox growth during a pivotal time as the company expands beyond its $2B core sync & share business into faster growing digital organization and collaboration products. 

You will own high visibility initiatives that drive company’s long-term strategy and roadmap for new growth directions that introduce Dropbox to small businesses, creators, and consumers. You will execute projects with engineers, designers and analysts in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a mix of platform thinking, analytical considerations, relentless execution, and well-honed customer judgment. You will be responsible for delivering best in class experiences to retain loyal paying subscribers, resolving both voluntary and involuntary churn challenges by delivering solutions to maintain user satisfaction in our paid products. 

Responsibilities
  • You will lead a range of Growth initiatives and drive them to successful outcomes for our business and our customers, by identifying and evaluating new opportunities and then experimenting, building, launching, and optimizing them. 
  • Lead and guide product direction for a cross-functional team of engineering, design, analytics, marketers, and platform partners. 
  • Engage and cultivate relationships with product and platform partners to influence shared cross-team directions and manage risks or trade-offs. Communicate clearly and crisply with leadership stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams and organizations through formal operational processes and in scrappy ways.
  • Become an authority on your Growth area. You’ll lead your team to identify customer needs and business opportunities through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teammates, diving into data, and competitive analysis. You will be accountable for web churn metrics for the Core Dropbox product.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to continuously iterate on strategies and tactics aimed at reducing customer churn. You’ll own experiments end-to-end, including defining product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience as a Product Manager, with experience in Growth
  • A deep understanding and empathy for consumer and business users — you love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight and trust
  • You’re a strong communicator, with an ability to influence with cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze and use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence company level strategy and work with business leaders to execute on the transformation
  • Build alignment and listen well, but can also drive hard decisions, framing the different options and tradeoffs.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excitement about building product experiences that create measurable business value

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). 

If you are assessed at the IC3 level, below are the current Salary/OTE ranges (Subject to change):zł19,900 - zł23,400 - zł26,900 per month  

If you are assessed at the IC4 level, below are the current Salary/OTE ranges (Subject to change):zł24,400 - zł28,800 - zł33,100 per month

Dropbox applies increased tax deductible costs (50%) to remuneration earned by certain qualifying employees (to the extent an employee will be involved in the creation of the software as an “author”) for the transfer of copyrights, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Income Tax Act.
