The Challenge  

We are looking for a Product Manager (Privacy) to join our dynamic and collaborative Product Organization. Product Managers will lead, develop, and execute the product strategy and roadmap for one of the OneTrust offerings. Product Managers are key members in translating market needs into new product opportunities while supporting existing product features to improve customer experiences.    

Your Mission  

Help propel OneTrust forward with the next generation of tools for data privacy compliance and management. 

  • Design and execute product roadmap based on customer interaction, requests, competitive research, and feature value relative to required investment  
  • Drive product initiatives and lead geographically distributed cross-functional teams 
  • Develop on-going messaging and communications strategy for customers and partners that differentiates the OneTrust platform 
  • Set and clearly communicate development objectives, needs, and status of projects to internal stakeholders and customers 
  • Be the privacy compliance expert, conducting live training sessions for clients, and providing support in evangelizing internally and externally

You are constantly willing to help, no matter the task.    

Your Experience Includes:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical or business field 
  • 1- 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a preference for those experienced in compliance, privacy, security, or legal tech sectors 
  • 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in an enterprise software development environment 
  • Demonstrable experience and expertise developing products delivering guidance to educate users and tooling to execute on best practices, preferably in the context of privacy, security, and compliance 
  • Experience managing product roadmap and document goals and themes 
  • Experience driving product features to improve positioning, given outline of product strategy 
  • Strong skill in building relationships and collaborating cross-functionally 
  • Experience managing customer commitments for modules 
  • Recent experience using an Agile/Scrum methodology to build world class software 
  • Demonstrated business analysis skills and experience 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – must feel comfortable presenting to customers, internal stakeholders and executive audiences 

Extra Awesome  

  • Previous experience in a B2B environment with multiple parties involved and/or impacted by potential changes to the product     
  • Strong knowledge or experience in similar field, including privacy and/or regulatory compliance management 
  • CIPP/E or CIPM certified   

For California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington-based candidates: the annual base pay range for this role is listed below. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, as well as benefits.

Salary Range$107,750—$161,637.50 USDBenefits
