THE ROLE

We are looking for an Agile Technical Program Manager with a specific focus on driving the successful implementation and management of our Partner Program as well as supporting CPQ projects. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery of programs and projects, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving the transformation of both our Partner Program and CPQ initiatives. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Partner Program Management: Lead the planning and execution of Partner Program including EDI initiatives and other strategic efforts to improve partner success.   You will ensure alignment with business goals, overseeing all phases from initial scoping to deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • CPQ Program Management: Lead the planning and execution of CPQ projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, overseeing all phases from initial scoping to deployment and ongoing optimization.
  • Resource Management: Optimize the use of project resources to maximize productivity within defined constraints.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Navigate unforeseen challenges, adapt methodologies as needed, and drive innovation within project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, develop robust mitigation strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on course.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams, to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of GTM projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and empower project teams, delegate tasks, foster a collaborative environment, and mentor junior team members.
  • Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Agile Practices: Apply Agile principles and best practices as an experienced Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of program/project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 3 years focused on Partner Programs and at least 3 years focused on CPQ implementation or similar systems.

Agile Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
  • Preferred: SAFe certified, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).

Other Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with complex projects involving various application components, stack layers, and cloud technologies.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail, follow-up, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven problem solver with strong interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with people at all levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a broad range of audiences.
  • Team player who values cooperation and leadership.
  • Preferred: Experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, LogicIO) and a deep understanding of the GTM process.
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of system integrations across CPQ, EDI, ERP, and CRM environments.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $165,000—$248,000 USD
