Pure Storage is seeking a Program Manager to develop and execute the day to day activity of Pure Storage’s executive travel program located in New York. This newly created position will work closely with the executive and field sales leadership teams to elevate relationships with our most strategic accounts  The ideal candidate will have experience driving internal strategy and customer relationships.

Location -  New York/on-site

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Success in facilitating the day-to-day activities of executives as they engage with strategic customers.
  • Proven track record of building trust and advocacy with senior decision makers through peer-to-peer relationships to drive customer success.
  • Voice of the executive while providing strategic consultation with sales teams to develop briefing engagements focusing on balance between customer objectives and sales goals.
  • Possess a go-to-market knowledge and well-developed process management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or comparable education/experience required.  

Desired skills:

  • Ability to lead cross-functional programs and events to enable our Sales team and company to engage our strategic customer base.
  • Proven track record in program management and excellent communication skills with all levels of an organization, from Executive to Account Team. 
  • Disciplined, self-starter that is adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty.
  • Competitive attitude and strong work ethic with the ability to enthusiastically represent the company.
  • Previous program management experience or other high touch or administrative liaison role at a high growth technology services organization.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, SmartSheets 

The annual base salary range is: $105000– $158000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
