To support our growth and enable us to scale efficiently, we are seeking an exceptional Program Manager to join our growing Finance Transformation team. The primary mission of the Finance Transformation team is to support and drive Finance and cross functional programs to deliver best in class data, processes, and systems.

What you will do:

You are responsible for supporting programs focusing on critical initiatives for the Finance organization, specializing in the Accounts Payable process. You will need to be very detail oriented and passionate about going deep, as well as going wide. You must have the ability to connect the dots to ensure conflicting interests are addressed while complimentary opportunities are enhanced. Your solution must be comprehensive, scalable, and agile. You will be required to demonstrate the ability to perform data analysis in assigned projects while keeping in sight the overarching, larger business capability. 

You will be expected to support complex, cross functional programs aligning people, processes, and systems to achieve a successful outcome. You should be a creative, smart problem solver scaling steep learning curves quickly. Working on highly complex problems, you are asked to gain insight into the strategic issues which are forefront in the minds of the executive leadership team. 

You will need to demonstrate the ability to be successful in an unstructured, team-focused environment. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to influence and lead cross functionally. 

You are required to possess finance, system implementation, process mapping, project management and communications skills, demonstrate the ability to influence and effectively manage key relationships and challenging situations in a fast-paced business organization.

You will drive and support programs with cross functional partners in the organization to gather requirements, provide advice of inter dependencies and impacts, facilitate process design and re-design, develop solutions, execute approved plans, and promote capability adoption. 

Other expectation includes:

  • Coordinate, support, and provide guidance on initiatives to cross-functional partners
  • Develop recommendations and prepare written and oral presentations to senior management
  • Develop, maintain, and publish project plans, project timelines and performance
  • Create comprehensive project test plans. Coordinate, track, and report testing activities.
  • Analyze data from various sources to compile a comprehensive picture of the overall business requirement documents, process mapping including flow charts, and process narratives.
  • Balance urgent and effective action, commitment to excellence, and taking initiative to resolve problems, holding internal partners accountable where appropriate
  • Develop and implement best practices across finance functions
  • Support day to day operations and deliver on strategy and operational plans against the strategic vision for the company
  • Manage the Finance organization portfolio process. Partner with PMO to provide program updates and communication to partners.

What you bring to the role:

  • 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, project management, business analysis, and business operations support.
  • B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology with a focus on Business applications
  • Proficient understanding in the procure-to-pay transaction flow, accounting, and data reconciliation.
  • Prior experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Prior experience with data mapping, process mapping, system flows, process narrative, business case documentation, and data integration
  • Prior experience with process improvement or system implementation projects
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/inspire change across functional and business boundaries
  • Proven ability to take charge of complex tasks with minimal guidance and develop new strategies and new ways of approaching business challenges independently
  • Continuous improvement mentality and ability to suggest and implement new and better ways to work
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Self-starter with unquestionable integrity.
