About the role

This is an opportunity for you to get in on the ground floor of a bustling and expanding programming team in one of the most exciting companies in media.  Our Programming Coordinator will support the activities of the Crunchyroll Programming team including Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD), Ad-supported Video on Demand (AVOD), and Linear programming.

As the Programming Coordinator you will work on planning and scheduling content launches globally, program scheduling for linear channels, maintaining multiple databases of programming information, and auditing content availability in Crunchyroll's main regions. 

A Day in the life of of Programming Coordinator

• Schedule for international territory content launches

• Update our Airtable database with new content information as available

• Enter new content into Airtable as new and catalog licenses are received

• Audit content availability in international territories and report on variances

• Collaborate with internal partners like Localization, Content Operations, Curation, and Standards & Practices to ensure accurate data is collected and shared.

• Work with Data Intelligence to develop weekly performance reports

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for future Programming projects

• Contribute to global programming strategy

This Program Coordinator reports to Sr. Director, Programming

About You

• 2+ years experience in a entertainment, broadcast media, live sports/news, agency, or AVOD/SVOD streaming service

• Experience managing large amounts of data, including data entry, data filtering and sorting, and creating custom “slices” of the database(s) 

• Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
