Role: Project Manager (FTC - 3 months, with the view to extend)

Location:Hybrid / Kingston upon Thames, England (mandatory 2 days a week onsite, Wednesday and Friday)

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Project manager will develop a deep understanding of the business at a brand level, their needs, expectations and requirements to help advise on the optimal solution. You will then ensure everything runs smoothly end to end from scoping and estimation, through contracting and work authorisation, resourcing and development, all the way to acceptance, invoicing and collections.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Effective project management through the full life cycle using project governance as directed by the client – escalating issues and proactively resolving problems, managing project resource and spend and making critical decisions.
  • Successful meeting of project deadlines and ensuring speed and quality of the work.
  • Ensuring adherence to creative best practices and standards, both according to brand and platform-specific guidelines, towards channel optimisation and performance.
  • Effectively managing resource across projects
  • Work-flow management – liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers where needed.
  • Understanding the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines
  • Building and maintaining relationships within our brand teams often through regular face to face contact and virtual meetings.
  • Run account meetings and take responsibility with contact reports and actionable next steps.

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Strong demonstrable project management experience, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Digital Marketing Native – understanding of digital assets creation across Organic Social, Paid Social, Influencer Marketing, CRM, Content Creation, Copy Writing.
  • You're extremely well organised, naturally juggling multiple tasks at any one time.
  • You cope effectively when things are up in the air and carefully manage ever shifting priorities.
  • A problem solver with an understanding of the creative industry.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • You are a team player and genuinely care about people and build collaborative working relationships. You listen well to challenge and work with people to overcome problems in a positive way.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills able to work with multiple internal and external.
  • Experience in working and managing high volume of work and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • A real self-starter and innovator.
  • The ability to effectively and proactively manage account finances and invoicing.
  • Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to the design studio output.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.
  • Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilst maintaining a top tier agency service.
