ROLE MISSION
Working in partnership with our client, the Project Manager will align and accelerate DEI and Change team internal projects to ensure OLIVER’s DEI and Sustainability objectives stay on track and are achieved as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The project manager is responsible for creating a project delivery plan of all Change Team projects, identifying stakeholders against each project, and agreeing timelines with the Change Team project lead. They will also help keep the Change Team accountable to their objectives as per the project delivery plans developed.
This person will make a measurable difference to the progression and completion of Change Team projects for OLIVER, using their experience in project planning, cross-departmental senior stakeholder management and accountability setting to help drive projects forward.
You will build positive relationships with the Change Team and their stakeholders (HoDs, SLT and GLT members) and you will establish yourself as a safe pair of hands ensuring nothing falls through the cracks on projects and day-to-day management of the team’s projects and priorities.

As an excellent relationship-builder, you will need to be great with senior stakeholders, hard-working, and passionate about driving measurable progress in OLIVER’s DEI and Sustainability objectives which are a crucial thread through our culture, our work and our client’s expectations. Process is key and you will be someone who is able to suggest frameworks, templates and systems to create clear processes or improve existing ones.
You are an advocate for promoting positive sustainable behaviours and able to put a sustainability lens on the strategic and creative process.
You will be open and willing to attend Change the Brief training and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.
