Manager, Partner Support Journey Factory 

Must be onsite in Boston, MA M-TR

We’re seeking great problem-solvers, passionate, and self-motivated individuals to join our Partner Support Journey Factory team. Our team operates as a design model developed to optimize Partner Support workflows into partner-centric journeys in a replicable manner. Our mission is to create leaner, simpler, and more intuitive supplier journeys, with greater impact, so that our partners have a best-in-class experience.

As a Journey Factory lead, you will focus on providing a fast step change in the design and documentation of journeys, including piloting new MVPs. You will work along sprints, spearheading planning, discovery, and development needs. The outcome of your work is a blueprint to an optimized partner journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a project/consulting lead and discussion facilitator, partnering with cross-functional counterparts to identify and implement optimized supplier-centric journeys
  • Lead sprint scoping and planning - define problem statement, scope, and work plan for sprint(s), considering dependencies and variables across the business
  • Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to project teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful, on time delivery
  • Lead interactive workshop sessions focused ideating short/mid/long-term improvement levers
  • Conduct feasibility assessment with business and tech stakeholders and prioritize improvement levers based on impact
  • Document results and ensure clear implementation accountabilities 
  • Determine the best approach to accomplish project goals and own execution with limited direction
  • Create and implement transformational roadmaps and change management plans
  • Develop communication updates towards the broader org. on planned changes and improvements

What You’ll Need 

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in fast moving, technology-oriented environments (e.g. consulting, project management, operations) 
  • PMP certified or equivalent project/program management certification 
  • Innovative problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect and determine root causes of problems, then implement solutions
  • Experience with sprint and project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, scrum, kanban, lean)
  • Experience spearheading projects and initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Experience working with product management and software development teams
  • Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A track record of unpacking complex and ambiguous challenges and developing results
  • Analytics certification is a plus
  • Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus
