Project Manager, Procurement & SCM
As a Project Manager for Procurement and Supply Chain Continuous Improvement and Transformation at HelloFresh International, you will play a pivotal role within the Procurement and Supply Chain function. Your responsibilities will extend to managing and spearheading high-impact projects, concentrating on strategic Error reductions as well as driving organizational and structural transformations that directly influence the reduction of critical Errors along the Supply Chain.
In this position, your collaboration with HelloFresh’s geographies, distribution centers and finance will be crucial as you take charge of the successful execution of improvement initiatives across HelloFreshANZ.
You will…
- Identify and execute high-impact projects: define project scope, improvement potential and objectives as well as project plans aligned with organizational goals
- Determine errors and waste reduction opportunities across Strategic Procurement function, FSQA, Menu Planning and other functions and prioritize projects across wide stakeholder groups
- Perform portfolio management for all errors and waste reduction and provide regular updates to Leadership. Ensure risks for projects led by stakeholders are captured, remedial action plan is devised for project success
- Identify and quantify levers and areas for improvement across HelloFresh’s current processes.
- Utilize data analytics tools to assess key performance indicators. Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management for data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with diverse teams, including Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Quality Control, and manage the timely delivery of project milestones.
- Provide dynamic leadership, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
You have…
- Degree in Engineering or Business and Lean Six Sigma qualifications.
- 5+ years of experience within procurement and/or in a top-tier consulting company complemented by international multi-project management in a fast-paced environment gained in consumer-driven industries.
- Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics that drive efficiency, measure performance and reduce costs, combined with a good sense of hands-on mentality and strategic thinking.
- Proven experience in leading complex root cause analysis workshops using diverse methods (Fishbone, 5Why, 8D, Kaizen Event…) is preferred.
- Knowledgeable about standard lean methods such as PDCA.
- Strong capabilities in data analysis, root cause analysis, lean methods, operational modeling, and structuring of complex improvement projects.

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia/New Zealand.
Location: Chippendale Head Office - hybrid working environment
