YOUR MISSION
As a Project Manager in the office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic initiatives of the technology division, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering efficient operations. You will act as a key confidant to the CTO, overseeing various projects, optimizing workflows, and facilitating communication across departments.
THE JOURNEY
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CTO to develop and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation and prioritization of projects.
- Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects from inception to execution, coordinating efforts across teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration between the technology division and other departments, facilitating communication, and ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
- Operational Optimization: Identify areas for improvement within the technology division, streamline processes, and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Decision Support: Provide analytical support and data-driven insights to the CTO for informed decision-making, leveraging key metrics and performance indicators.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CTO, preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.
- Team Leadership Support: Support the CTO in managing and developing the technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Community and events management: Support the engineering team in developing and executing the yearly events calendar and organising community activities to create move visibility in the ecosystem
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a strategic role, such as Senior Project Manager or Strategy Consultant, preferably within the technology.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects from conception to implementation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Leadership qualities with the capability to motivate and guide teams toward common objectives.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
