What can you expect in this role: 

Teads Malaysia is hiring for a Publisher Operations Manager based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to join our growing publisher team.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing our technology partnerships with digital publishers across multiple platforms. You will need hands-on experience with SSPs, campaign optimization, and ad tech platforms, including strong proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM), tag management, and prebid/header bidding solutions. 

Your role will also involve managing vendor relationships, ensuring seamless integration and performance of various ad technologies.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet client objectives, using your expertise in SSPs and ad technology.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of tags, working closely with vendors to ensure technology stacks are efficiently integrated and operational.
  • Implement and manage header bidding strategies, utilizing Prebid and other solutions to maximize revenue for our publisher partners.
  • Handle day-to-day operations of publisher accounts, ensuring all technical aspects are running smoothly.
  • Work closely with Ad Operations, Sales, and the APAC Publisher Operations team to deliver on campaign objectives and account growth strategies.
  • Participate in the strategic planning and expansion of our publisher partnerships across regional markets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews for key accounts, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.

About You

  • Minimum of 3 years in Digital Media, preferably in a publisher operations or SSP role, with a strong background in campaign optimization, tag management, and header bidding.
  • Hands-on experience with SSPs, GAM, and prebid solutions; advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Solid understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including a good network of digital publishers and app owners.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
