THE WORK:

Ripple is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and help us hire top talent from around the world.As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a seamless and positive interview experience for candidates and hiring managers. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and ensure that all interview logistics are well-coordinated. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team of passionate recruiters and make a real impact on the growth of Ripple!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Coordinate a high volume of phone, video, and onsite interviews with hiring teams, executives, and candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication
- Support 3+ recruiters in scheduling recruiting activities across global offices
- Proactively find opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones
- Book candidate travel and manage expenses
- Spearhead candidate experience initiatives (i.e. swag programs)
- Support Recruiting Operations programs
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 2+ years in recruiting or talent coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while managing their work time efficiently
- Passion for candidate experience and finding ways to improve and better the experience
- Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment will be a plus
- Experience using Greenhouse.io or GoodTime is advantageous
