Duties & Responsibilities:

Lincoln International LLC (“Lincoln”) is seeking a Recruiting Generalist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. Based in Chicago, the Recruiting Generalist will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in recruitment processes for officers, associates, analysts, and administrative staff across Lincoln International’s U.S. offices. The Recruiting Generalist will help foster and drive the brand, passion and culture that has been at the core of Lincoln’s success. This person should have relevant professional experience, be entrepreneurial, and be poised and able to interface with many different people both inside and outside the firm.

The Recruiting Generalist should also demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment and the willingness to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end.

We envision the Recruiting Generalist will be initially tasked with the following:

  • Provide support to the firm’s U.S. Recruiting Processes
    • Assist with the recruitment process for officers, associates, analysts and functional staff:
      • Screen initial resumes (analysts, interns and functional staff)
      • Schedule on-campus or virtual presentations and interviews
      • Help organize virtual and in-person recruiting events and trips, setting schedules for in-office interviews
    • Assist with the coordination of interview schedules, travel accommodations and collateral and recruiting materials for recruiting events in Lincoln’s U.S. offices
    • Assist with managing flow of resumes, screening resumes for junior levels and sending rejection emails through Lincoln’s Applicant Tracking System (“ATS”), Greenhouse
    • Coordinate meetings, one-day programs and shadow days between recruits and Lincoln employees
    • Support on-campus and off-campus brand building initiatives, including coordinating and acting as the day-of contact for events on campus and in-office programs
  • Advance and improve our recruiting efforts (both efficiency and effectiveness) through:
    • Facilitating process improvement efforts
    • Spearheading candidate experience initiatives
    • Conducting market research on compensation for various product groups and levels
  • Provide other general administrative support related to the Talent Acquisition Team, possibly to include:
    • Scheduling meetings
    • Making travel arrangements for candidates a well as Lincoln Employees
    • Additional recruiting-specific tasks

Other Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a Recruiting, Talent and/or Human Resources Role
  • Comfort with data and Excel, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
