Recruitment Coordinator (12 month FTC)
About the role
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent. You will be based in Hyderabad, India (hybrid role). You will be reporting to the Recruiting Coordination Lead and you will be part of the global recruiting coordination team and the wider global recruitment operation team.
What you'll be doing
Candidate Experience:
- You will be responsible for scheduling high-volume candidate interviews (virtual and onsite) across multiple teams and levels of complexity and manage candidate communication
- You will partner with the recruitment teams and hiring managers globally to provide a high quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Interview Coordination:
- You will act as a coordination point of contact for the recruiting area you support
- You will communicate interview details to candidates and hiring teams and track the process
Reporting and Metrics:
- Compile recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for the team meetings
- Analyse scheduling workload and interviewer capacity data and metrics using our various recruitment tools and dashboards
- You will analyse the candidate experience surveys through our candidate experience platform Talenthub and present the results and outcomes back to the team
Projects
- You will work on different recruitment operations projects (Candidate Comms, Referrals, Interviewer training and onboarding, tool management ) and provide coordination support
- Manage the interviewer onboarding (calibration/training) for your supporting area and track progress
Requirements
- Have 1+ years industry experience either in Recruitment or HR or in a coordination/administrative/scheduler role
- Fluency in English language is a must
- Be comfortable managing a high volume of requests coming from recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
- Have the ability to analyse low to moderate complexity data using various recruitment dashboards to report and present your findings back to your stakeholders (recruitment team, hiring managers, interviewers)
- We use Greenhouse (ATS), GoodTime (Scheduling Tool). Ashby (Reporting tool), Talenthub (Candidate Experience Surveys)
