Our Tech Recruitment Team 

The role of the Tech Recruitment Team is to hire the best technical profiles to join our teams based in Montpellier, Paris and Bucharest. In addition, they are the ambassador of our employer brand towards our candidates and partners (schools, tech communities...). Finally, they work hand in hand with the HR central team and our HR Business Partner to optimize our internal organization and innovate on recruitment practices.

The Tech Recruitment Team is based in Montpellier and Paris, and is divided into pairs within these two offices, in permanent contact with the other office and the HRBP, as well as the managers and technical interviewers (also based in Montpellier and Paris).

What will you do?

As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern, you will be part of the Tech Recruitment Team and support the Tech Recruiters. This is an exciting, fast paced role where you will be involved in the Recruitment administration and organization.

Your missions will be to:
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to the Tech Recruiters, primarily in the scheduling and follow-up of interviews, in coordination with Hiring Managers and Tech Interviewers.
  • Help manage candidate pipelines through our ATS, Greenhouse.
  • Act as a key point of contact for all candidates, managing communications and guiding them throughout the duration of their interview process, with a strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Keep all Recruitment files up to date, eg. filing of all job descriptions.
  • Management of ad hoc projects as assigned: goodies management, newsletter, etc. 
What will you bring to the team?

This position requires someone whose key strength is organization and rigor, and who can cope with multitasking and prioritizing their workload to match the peaks and troughs in Recruitment activities. These are the qualities we are looking for:

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Desire to discover the recruitment business.
  • Communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good level in written English is a plus.
  • Interest in IT or web ecosystem is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to apply initiative to work independently as well as contribute to the effectiveness of a larger Talent team. About Teads
