This position is open to remote employees based in New York City - with the flexibility to work out of your home office full-time. You'll still have easy access to and support from your manager, and frequent video meetings to keep you seamlessly integrated into your team. What You'll Do:

As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a GTM Partner Manager to help build a world class indirect sales program at the fastest growing company in the observability space. LogicMonitor is well positioned in the monitoring market to serve IT teams managing hybrid cloud, cloud-native, on-premises and managed IT infrastructures. This role presents you with a unique opportunity to be an individual contributor focused on driving channel originated business growth, in addition to traditional channel influence & fulfillment business. 

Here's a closer look at the duties in this key role:

  • Ownership and responsibility for the channel strategy in the assigned territory
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales/Marketing/Product and others to develop a regional channel sales plan
  • Identify strong potential partners to add to LogicMonitor’s growing partnership network
  • Actively network and call into those potential partners to drive channel originated pipeline velocity and deal progression to the closure.
  • Build and maintain pipeline of business through partnership channels in order to exceed revenue quotas
  • Engage with partner sales leaders and partnership managers, enable partner sellers to deliver the LogicMonitor pitch, manage partner pipeline and top of funnel activities, pair partner sellers with LogicMonitor sellers, and facilitate closing deals through partners.
  • Measured on Regional metrics, Theatre Goals, Channel Goals
  • Provide accurate channel sales forecasts to the business on a weekly basis.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of direct selling experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years channel management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of sales/channel sales in software industry

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$119,000—$154,000 USD
