Responsibilities:  

  • Market Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate business opportunities within Finland and Norway, with a strong focus on CRM and Casino. Recommend strategic actions to ensure sustained business success and continuity across these key markets. 
  • Revenue and Budget Alignment: Collaborate with the business to align on market-specific revenue targets and budgets. Provide market insights and forecasts to support financial planning and performance tracking. 
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the market landscape, including competition, regulatory changes, and emerging trends. Use this intelligence to guide business decisions and strategies. 
  • Brand Localization: Ensure that all Zecure brands are appropriately localized for the Finnish and Norwegian markets, adapting marketing materials, products, and services to meet local cultural and regulatory standards. 
  • Compliance and Communication: Ensure that all communication with players adheres to country-specific guidelines and regulations. Adapt the company’s communication approach to fit the unique requirements of Finland and Norway. 
  • Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with day-to-day tasks and coordinate marketing projects and activities as needed. Support the development and execution of marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences and drive engagement. 
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities by tracking market changes and the marketing strategies used by competitors. Use this analysis to inform and enhance Zecure's competitive positioning in the Nordic markets. 

Requirements:  

  • Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience within the iGaming industry. 
  • Proven experience managing commercial operations in the Nordic region, particularly in Finland and Norway. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends in the Nordics. 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the cultural, regulatory, and business environments in Finland and Norway. 
  • Proficiency in English and at least one of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) is highly desirable. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and regions.
