THE ROLE

The Revenue Enablement Intern will be responsible for supporting the UserTesting Revenue teams (Sales/Business Development, Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success Managers, Renewal Managers, and Partners), through a strategic, ongoing process that equips them with the tools, resources and skills to make them more efficient driving revenue for the company.

The scope of this role will focus on the four pillars defined and owned by UserTesting Sales Enablement:

  • Revenue Training & Development 
  • Revenue Communications 
  • Revenue Tools & Resources
  • Activation & Engagement
  • The Revenue Enablement & Operations Specialist will primarily be responsible for supporting our Revenue Infrastructure. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Revenue Onboarding: Support the revenue onboarding experience for any new hire in the revenue organization. This includes scheduling meetings, building out role-specific onboarding programs, and maintaining the program.  
    • Revenue Team Support: Working with our Revenue Enablement Team on special projects. One example is building out Highlight Reels for target industries. 
    • Revenue Tools Enablement: With over 300 Revenue Employees, this employee supports the ongoing training and enablement for all of our revenue tech. 
    • Highspot Management: To keep information up-to-date and relevant for our fast-paced teams supporting prospects and customers, the Enablement Portal requires continuous maintenance. This includes the design, creation of assets and pages, and management of all aspects of the space. This employee will own and manage our Highspot instance and help teams with their Highspot content.

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with Revenue Tools, such as Highspot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chorus, Crunchbase, Cognism, Lusha, etc. 
    • Previous Sales and/or Marketing Experience
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Self-motivated and able to execute project-based work
