The OpportunityYou will play a pivotal role within our Revenue Team, reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement. You'll spearhead strategic revenue initiatives designed for scalability, with a primary focus on instructional design and training. Your responsibilities will include crafting and implementing new hire workshops, developing pre-onboarding programs, and constructing comprehensive role-specific 30-60-90 Day Programs. Moreover, you'll be instrumental in creating learning modules and certifications on our Enablement Platform (Highspot), ensuring continuous growth and development across the entire revenue organization.

  • Onboarding 30-60-90 Day Program: Design and implement an online curriculum with structured content and resources, including trackable checklists, revenue competency certifications, and regular feedback mechanisms. Develop 1:Many solutions tailored to individual roles as the company scales globally.
  • Hiring Profiles & Week-0 Program: Collaborate cross-functionally to define hiring profiles across Revenue Teams, aligning with our recruitment and development strategies. Oversee the delivery of welcome packages and essential resources during the first week of onboarding.
  • Field Academy: Lead monthly field-specific training sessions for new hires, coordinating with subject matter experts to refine training materials and enhance session engagement.
  • Self-Paced Learning Programs: Manage and update our LMS platform, optimizing existing content and introducing new programs to improve training effectiveness continuously. Self-paced and scaled learning programs will be developed for all Revenue Employees. 
  • Certifications and Assessments: Evaluate new field representatives' progress through role-play-based assessments, ensuring readiness for product releases, pricing updates, and best practices implementation. Provide constructive feedback and direction for improvement.
  • Mentorship Program: Support the development and implementation of a mentorship framework, fostering genuine insight into roles, teams, and internal processes.
  • Highspot - Enablement Portal and Asset Management: This role will be focused on developing a content governance process. They will maintain and enhance our Enablement Portal, ensuring the relevance and accuracy of information for our fast-paced sales environment.

What we're looking for

  • Previous Sales or Customer Success Management (CSM) experience
  • Field onboarding experience
  • Proficiency in LMS tools and Sales Enablement Portals (e.g., Highspot)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong project execution abilities 
  • Individuals living in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia
