- Partner Pricing: You optimize the entire pricing lifecycle for new and existing partners, focusing on pricing structures, commercial terms, and ensuring seamless implementation in Salesforce
- Pricing Accuracy: You monitor pricing accuracy and deliver actionable recommendations during pricing negotiations
- Margin Development: You track key revenue and cost drivers, analyze monthly developments, and help define margin improvement measures based on clear data signals
- Sales Commission: You support the end-to-end target-setting process, monitor performance trends and raise red flags when needed
- Ownership & Impact: You’ll take ownership of key processes, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and support high-impact strategic decisions with data and structure
- Go-to-market Strategy: You conduct regional market analysis across customers, partners, leads, and competitors to identify growth opportunities, support territory planning, and track progress on market expansion
- Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role, such as Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Consulting
- Tools: You have strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
- Strategic Thinking: You have exceptional structuring and analytical abilities and are able to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Detail Orientation: You work in a well-organized, detail-oriented manner with clean documentation, a strong sense of how your work impacts other business functions, and the ability to translate complex business questions into actionable analysis
- Collaboration & Communication: You confidently work cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Ops, and Finance, communicating insights clearly and tailoring messages to various stakeholders, including leadership, sales, and operations
- Language Skills: You have strong English communication skills; German is a plus
- Market Expertise: You have gained a strong understanding of the partner pricing mechanics and commercial terms across our different markets (Germany, France, UK, US), and identified levers that can be used to improve margin
- Margin Insights: You have set up a reliable margin monitoring that explains margin variations, breaking it down to the key drivers on both the revenue and cost sides
- Strategic Planning: You’re actively contributing to the 2026 sales target-setting process, playing a major role in defining the target logic, aligning it with business functions, and calculating the targets for the new year
