YOUR IMPACT

As Revenue Operations Representative in the area of Tender Management, you will play a crucial part in winning and growing our customers at EQS. In close alignment with sales and customer growth you will manage our responses to RfPs, RfIs or questionnaires on specific topics like Information security. To do this in a standardized and repeatable way, you will work on setting up a tender and questionnaire process.   Here’s a sneak peek at how you would contribute:

  • Get ready to grow! You will be one of the first members of our completely new Revenue Operations team. Together we will work on day-to-day support topics as well as strategic projects to increase efficiency and constantly improve the way we win and grow customers at EQS to achieve our ARR, NRR and new customer team targets. This will give you the change to learn and grow within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Set the foundation! You will be working on implementing, rolling out and maintaining a standardised process for tenders and customer questionnaires. For this you will need to collaborate closely with different departments, such as marketing, internal applications, information security and more.
  • Contribute to our growth! By managing the full life cycle of the proposal response process (analysis of tenders to final production, submission of proposals, and maintaining content in our library tool) you will directly contribute to the growth of EQS. Apart from incoming tenders, you can proactively search for public tenders and generate your own RfP-pipeline leveraging your contribution even more and achieving your targets (won RfPs and overall win rate of RfPs).
  • Become a trusted partner! When customers reach out with RfPs or questionnaires, our sales and growth teams will have you in mind as the point of contact and trust in you delivering the necessary outcomes within the given timeline. Therefore, establishing yourself within the organisation as a trusted partner for sales and growth will be key.
