The Opportunity

If you are great at working with low or no-code platforms and RPA, and love coming-up with ways to build efficiency using creativity and best practices this is the role for you. In this role you'll be the go-to person for envisioning, designing, and building scalable solutions that will enable us to create room to upskill our workforce and swim-up the value funnel so that we can focus more time on delivering strategic initiatives. You will be on the ground floor of something impactful and have a lot of white space to build solutions and empower others to do the same with the proper guard-rails.

In This Role, You'll Get To 

• Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation. 
• Solution Design: Design and develop automation solutions using low/ no-code automation tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. 
• Implementation: Implement automation solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment. 
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions. 
• Maintenance and Optimization: Monitor and maintain automation solutions, making necessary adjustments and optimizations to ensure ongoing performance. 
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand needs and provide effective solutions. 
• Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices related to automation technologies and methodologies to empower others to do the same for their work within a governance framework. 

What You'll Need to Succeed 

• Strong understanding of automation concepts and principles. 
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• At least 3 years’ experience building solutions with PowerPlatforms (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). 

It's Great If You Have 

• Experience building automation scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript). 
• Experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
