About the job

This position is needed to help Twilio business teams in delivering various automation solutions by collaborating with product management teams and directing the activities of the development and support teams.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Review RPA automation Process Definition documents, create and arrange to get review & approvals for Solution Design Documents
  • Develop Ui Path RPA automations using Twilio coding standards
  • Ability to learn and follow Twilio SAFe Agile development processes, ITSM support processes and all applicable configuration and release management processes
  • Serve as a Testing Resource when required: Review test scripts, ensuring all positive, negative, and controls scenarios are included for various projects
  • Effective deployment of all aligned RPA automations per the agreed-upon project plan schedule
  • Prepare and maintain online content about RPA
  • Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Formal training or demonstrated experience in automation solutions and development 
    • Experience in Ui Path’s Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Mining tools, Intelligent document processing as a developer, architect and administrator 
    • Experience or knowledge of Agile and ITSM frameworks
    • Experience building and managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
    • Experience with change Management and deployment methodologies

    Desired:

    • Ui Path Developer Certification

    Location

  • This role will be a remote role out of India  
  • Travel
