Be a part of a team where you will:

• Proactively manage the Glovo network on the day of the operation, controlling cities and countries, fleet capacity and partners
• Become decision making driven and get used to facing unexpected situations
• Deep-dive and have a complete understanding of the local operations at all times
• Handle proactive contingency day planning during times of disruption
• Optimize metrics deviations at city, country or global level
• Become the main trigger of the operational levers, improving the network capabilities
• Ensure the stability of day-to-day operations

You have: 

• Proven experience of minimum 1 year in an Operations Control Center
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track thousands of movements every day
• B2 level of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office, G-docs
• Data-driven approach in the solving of complex issues
• Excellent abilities to work in a team but to also act independently when needed
• Capability to work under pressure in a changing environment
• Flexibility to work in 24/7 shifts, including weekends, nights and occasional holidays
• Positive attitude and open for changes
