Sales Analytics Intern (EU Field Operations)
Join our high-impact Sales Operations team as a Sales Analytics Intern! This is a unique opportunity to provide critical analytical support during a major growth phase across our European Field Sales and Volume Hiring functions.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)- Own Critical Reporting Cadences: Take full ownership of daily and weekly updates for our two most vital trackers: Field Sales Acquisition Tracker and the Volume Hiring Funnel Tracker.
- Build & Maintain Dashboards: Assist in the development, maintenance, and optimization of key sales performance and recruitment dashboards (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Analyze Performance: Conduct variance analysis to identify immediate risks and uncover new opportunities within sales performance, strategic initiatives, and hiring efficiency across the EU.
- Strategic Contribution: Support deep-dive studies, contribute to formal business cases, and perform competitor benchmarking to inform sales strategy and commercial decisions.
- Localized Insights: Provide tailored, country-specific or hub-specific analytics and reporting support directly to the Field Sales teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
- Proven Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data manipulation).
- Demonstrated passion for data visualization and reporting; experience with SQL and/or a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a significant plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a daily/weekly reporting cadence with high accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in other major EU languages is a benefit.
