The role of the Sales Associate, Global Agency is tasked with assisting the Manager, Global Agency Sales with the growth of Bob W's third-party agency revenue performance across the portfolio with global travel & relocation management companies & relationships. This pivotal position is an integral part of Bob W's Commercial team.You are an existing hospitality sales professional, with client management, time management skills and are process driven. As a self-starter, you possess the initiative to cultivate and foster relationships with the support of the Manager, Global Agency Sales. Your approach is strategic & data-driven leading to profitable revenue generation and fostering strong brand loyalty.

In this role, you will:

  • Independently manage a high volume inbound sales funnel, with a keen focus on KPI's within your control such as converstion rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure skyrocketing growth in third-party B2B bookings across the portfolio.
  • Identify industry trends that impact growth and development of client base in order to grow bookings.
  • Work in conjunction with the Manager, Global Agency Sales to develop & establish best in-class Sales processes.
  • Maintain and grow existing & new relationships by assisting the Manager, Global Agency Sales with client entertainment, tours and presentations.
  • Report on in-bound demand enquiry/lead demand with Revenue Management and General Managers to enable commercial excellence.

Our 5-star candidate has:

  • A self-starter, ambitious, and hungry for results attitude. Relentless and experienced in identifying target leads, reaching out, and generating and closing deals from cold leads.
  • 1+ years of excellent track record in Sales or Account Management in a B2B environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the Travel, Lodgings, TMC, and Group Booking eco-system preferred.
  • Excellent English language skills are a must.
  • Experience in using a CRM (Pipedrive would be advantageous).
  • Experience in onboarding and managing accounts.
  • Organized and process-driven, with knowledge of B2B sales techniques.
