The SDR, B2B Sales will focus solely on B2B sales for Factor in the US (the largest ready-to-eat player in the US market). This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, B2B Sales at Factor. 

 

You will...

 

  • Identify customers and generate new B2B prospects for Factor
  • Contact and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach (cold calls, emails etc)
  • Maintain appointments and follow up on potential leads
  • On occasion, attend networking events and tradeshows to build relationships and generate new leads
  • Regularly provide reports on lead pipeline and collaborate with broader sales team to develop sales playbook for specific customer types

 

At a minimum, you have... 

  • 3 years of professional experience in B2B Sales or customer service, including at least 1 year in generating and maintaining sales leads
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Proven history of success in customer service or outbound sales
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment 
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (Hubspot)
  • Experience selling multi-product solutions

New York Pay Range$25—$28 USD
