Your daily workout

  • You will respond promptly to inbound inquiries (web, events, referrals, etc.)
  • You will qualify prospects based on fit, needs, and potential
  • You will educate leads on how EGYM’s ecosystem drives retention, member experience, and business growth
  • You will book qualified meetings for Sales Executives
  • You will maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce)
  • You will collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaigns
  • You will support Salesforce administration and data quality processes to ensure clean, reliable reporting
  • You will maintain dashboards to track performance and provide insights
  • You will act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to drive improvements, efficiency, and cross-team alignment

Your fitness level

  • You have 1+ year experience in a sales or customer-facing role (fitness/tech a plus)
  • You have strong communication and active listening skills
  • You are a quick thinker with ability to handle multiple inquiries at once
  • You maintain curiosity and a genuine interest in helping fitness operators succeed
  • You are self-motivated with a team-first attitude
  • You have the ability to travel 10-15% of your time, including international travel.

The equipment we provide

  • You will earn an annual salary of $68,000 - $75,000 plus bonus.
