About the Team:

To further accelerate our growth, we are looking for a top talent Sales Development Representative to be a part of a fast-growing sales environment.  As an Ivalua SDR, you will be partnering with sales in your assigned region (AMER) to introduce them to decision-makers in their targeted accounts.

Opportunity Statement

This full-time position requires the candidate to be physically in the office 3 days a week (on a hybrid schedule).

The ideal candidate must have experience with Enterprise /SaaS and B2B sales and is expected to be a team player and very organized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified inbound and outbound pipeline for Ivalua Account Executives.
  • Actively identify bids and RFPs that are a fit for Ivalua's software solutions.
  • Proactively nurture early-stage opportunities by providing valuable content.
  • Present a compelling and clear case for the Ivalua platform with the appropriate decision makers.
  • Attend events when required.
  • Become an Ivalua subject-matter expert through continued learning and development.
  • Understand our solutions and competitive positioning within the market.
  • Develop an active and professional presence on LinkedIn and professional networks to connect and engage with prospective customers.

Skills You Need to Succeed:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a high-tech B2B sales development or inside sales environment.
  • Experience identifying and contacting prospective customers, utilizing a multi-approach prospecting methodology – outbound calling, email, direct mail, and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an environment where growth and change is the only constant.
  • Demonstrable track record of consistent over achievement of quotas and sales goals.
  • Ability to communicate a value proposition in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • Experience in Spend Management, Supply Chain or Procurement (preferred).
  • Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner.

 

Desirable Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Understands a sense of urgency in supporting a sales organization.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast paced environment.

 

Preferred Education:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience● 3+ years of SDR experience, ideally with hyper growth technology companies

The compensation range for this position reflects the cost of labor across our US locations and is based upon careful and continual market research. In addition to location, compensation may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Range minimum: USD 42000

Range maximum: USD 78000
