Sales Development Representative (Nordics)
Fastly is looking for individuals who are passionate about an extraordinary work environment and are motivated to exceed expectations and advance their career in B2B software sales. Your efforts directly contribute to Fastly’s top-line revenue growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for uncovering, sourcing, educating, nurturing, and developing sales leads into qualified opportunities from key accounts that will close and add to Fastly’s growing customer base. You are focused on identifying opportunities and building relationships with prospects and leveraging your experience to make an impact.

What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision makers to develop targeted prospect lists.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, emailing & leveraging LinkedIn to generate new business leads.
- Utilise lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo and Cognism.
- Act as a collaborative strategic partner to Account Executives and Marketing.
- Exceed specific daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pipeline metrics to help achieve sales goals.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a sales or lead generation role - outbound prospecting experience required
- Native level proficiency in Swedish, other additional Nordic languages are a plus.
- Proven track record of success and thrive in a metrics-driven culture.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage prospects.
- Understands customer requirements and identifies business challenges that Fastly can solve.
- Demonstrates a desire to learn and improve.
- Curious by nature - not only accepts feedback but seeks it out. Not afraid to ask for help.
- Adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Can get things done despite obstacles or challenges.
- Ability to proactively resolve problems in a timely manner; develop alternative solutions.
- Have a desire to work hard, exceed expectations, and outperform their quotas.
Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements
- This position will require you to be available during core business hours, 9:00am - 6:00pm GMT with 1 hour break for lunch, Monday to Friday.
- This position is required to be in our London office three days per week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
This position may require travel as required by your role or requested by your manager.
