As a key member of our SMB sales team, this role will be working hand in hand with the sales managers to search and engage with new B2B client’s on the UA market. As soon as prospect agreed on your proposal, you will be in charge of a customer pre-qualification with further face-to-face introduction with responsible Sales person. This role will require a strong attention to leads selection, qualification and detailed knowledge of the core Payoneer B2B offering on the market.

This role can be based in Poland or Ukraine.

What you’ll be spending your time on

  • Searching for new high-volume prospects by means of open sources like Lin, Clutch, etc.
  • Working with internal database of leads to ensure that this source is utilized and structured.
  • Creating custom mass Email campaigns and managing the funnel coming from this source.
  • Feedback info to sales, to improve messaging and close communication gaps.
  • Effectively managing your time to make each client feel special through a professional hand-holding experience.
  • Help further identify clients with growth potential that may have been overlooked in sales cycle.
  • Maintaining all information of customer activity within CRM platform.
  • Ad hoc projects as experience grows.

 

Have you done this kind of stuff?  

  • 2+ years of sales, customer service, ideally in a tech environment.
  • Consultative selling skills, be able to fully understand a client’s business and how Payoneer products can be fully utilized.
  • Ability to build strong rapport in a short time frame, instill confidence with clients.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Data and technically oriented.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
  • Ability to work with a cross functional global team
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
  • Can lead and mentor team effectively
  • A sense of humor and enjoyable to be around
  • Fluency in English and Ukranian language.

 

Not a must but a great advantage:

  • Experience using salesforce.com or a similar CRM system
  • Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
  • Experience with data analytics & BI tools
