Our Inside Sales Team

The Inside Sales Organisation (ISO) is where our company mission begins. ISO serves two critical functions:

  • Increasing Field Sales productivity by establishing qualified customer appointments
  • Developing future sales leaders for field assignments
  • Sales Development Program

    About the Role

    We are looking for an Inside Sales professional based in Paris, France (17th arrondissement) who is:

    • Proven in penetrating targeted accounts and creating net-new opportunities
    • Energetic, driven, and professional with a track record of exceeding quota

    Key responsibilities:

    • 📞 Prospect to identify net new opportunities
    • 📅 Qualify and set appointments for field sales counterparts
    • 🔍 Research target accounts and develop tailored strategies
    • 🎯 Run outbound call campaigns with Field Marketing
    • 🤝 Support Field AE in progressing opportunities
    • 📈 Handle project upsells and renewals
    • 📬 Qualify inbound marketing leads
    • 📢 Drive attendance for partner events (email and phone outreach)
    • 🤝 Partner with Channel on outbound campaigns
    • 📊 Collaborate with Marketing on lead strategy and programs
    • 📰 Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
    • 💻 Daily use of tools: Salesforce, Discover.org, Gmail, LinkedIn, Insidesales.com
    • ✈️ Occasional travel (5–10%) for events, briefings, and customer visits
    What You'll Bring
    • ✅ Consistent success in exceeding quota and net-new account penetration
    • ✅ Strong time management and prioritization skills
    • ✅ Ability to articulate business value to IT stakeholders
    • ✅ Organized, adaptable, and results-oriented
    • ✅ Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably storage/tech)
    • ✅ BA/BS degree required
    • ✅ Business-level English and native/bilingual Spanish required
