Sales Development Representative (Bilingual - Spanish)

A day in the life 

  • Set up meetings or calls with future customers by fielding inbound inquiries and making outbound calls  
  • Nurture existing future customers to drive them to engage with you 
  • Identify future customers’ needs and initiate interest in SumUp  
  • Engage with future and existing customers to create new relationships that drive even more future customers 
  • Learn and share SumUp’s key values and solutions, and share those with future customers and referral sources 
  • Learn and operate within our tech stack of Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and Vonage 
  • Work closely with your sales coach to efficiently manage your pipeline, advance your skills, and grow your career within SumUp 

Job requirements

  • Fluent spanish 
  • 1 year of sales or customer facing experience, with a history of excelling in the role 
  • Experience with a CRM a plus 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach 
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skill, ability to prioritize and manage multiple task
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes is a plus
  • Must be able to work onsite in our Denver Tech Center office

*This role requires in office training for the first 60 days*
