The Opportunity

The Sales Development Representative proactively responds to Inbound inquiries and qualifies them for a more in-depth discussion with an Account Executive.

• Responds, engages, and qualifies inbound leads and inquiries in a timely fashion 
• Conducts Business dealings in a professional and proactive manner
• Educates and develops prospects until they are ready to speak with an Account Executive 
• Thoroughly vets leads to confirm they conform to company guidelines and to analyze their needs
• Uses "Multi-channel" follow-up and owns inbound sales phone line and webchat 
• Profiles the account and overcomes prospect objections 
• Collaborates with marketing research team and sales teams
• May work at trade-shows and other marketing and sales events

What we're looking for

• Clear and professional communications skills / excellent phone etiquette including the ability to speak with Executives and to ask thought-provoking questions
• Ability to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solution sets
• Works well under pressure in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Passion and commitment for success
• Able to manage several tasks and assignments concurrently
• Able to work both independently and jointly within a team setting 
• Adaptive to change in an entrepreneurial environment 
• Strong technical aptitude 
• Proficient with software such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Google Business Apps
• Prior sales development experience preferred

Compensation$23.56/hour & targeted variable compensation component of $21,000 annually
