✅The Role

Corsearch is looking for a Sales Development Team Manager who is responsible for driving the results of the SDR team through recruiting, training, organizing, coordinating, measuring, coaching, problem solving, and leading.

The SDR team leader will partner with demand generation and sales to execute company and department strategies whilst upholds standards to ensure that sales goals are met or exceeded. This role requires a self-starting, proactive, results-oriented individual who passionate about building a high performing team of trusted revenue generating representatives.

Corsearch has over 70 years of heritage in the legal space with a list of customers like Unilever, Astra Zenica and Ted Baker trusting their brands with Corsearch’s combination of the best software in the space and a team of highly respected legal experts.

✅What we're looking for

You will report into Chief Revenue Officer and will be responsible for:

  • Leading and coaching our Sales Development Representatives to deliver Meetings, Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) and Sales Qualified Leads for our Account Executive team
  • You will be responsible for hiring into our outbound SDR teams
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive training sessions for the SDR Boot Camp, weekly sessions or ad hoc 
  • Provide hands-on coaching and training to SDRs including, but not limited to, workflow, prospecting, emailing, cold calling and follow up
  • Routinely monitor outbound prospecting calls, create formalized feedback and provide to SDRs to improve performance
  • Partner with existing Sales team to learn what prospecting techniques are working to build the basis of a successful SDR team
  • Work in collaboration with Thought Leadership Content, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging for outbound communications

✅The Skillset

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Demonstrable experience of success in sales - leadership experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce)
  • Experience in Sales Engagement software tools and practices (Salesloft preferred)
