What can you expect in this role: Teads is looking for a Sales Director to be part of our growing sales team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be reporting to the Sales Lead, New Market and you are responsible to drive revenue growth in an exciting territory.
You will also be the voice of Teads to agency partners. The ideal candidate is an experienced media/advertising seller with strong communication skills and knowledge about the advertising industry.
- Define and implement the sales strategy for the market
- Proactively develop business on all Teads products
- Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with high level clients
- Represent Teads and be a brand ambassador in the online advertising marketplace
- Work closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience, Publishing and Studio to ensure client campaign expectations are clear, on time, and on budget
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue at all times
- Lead and mentor a sales team by guiding sales strategies and execution
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
About You:
- Minimum 8 years sales experience in either ad-tech or online media, with strong track record of prospecting and delivering success
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape
- Strong networking ability and proven connections at major advertising agencies
- Prior management experience
- Native Indonesian speaker with strong business English spoken and written is essential
- University degree
