What will you do?

Teads is seeking a motivated seller to join our growing Sales team. As a Sales Director (Individual Contributor) for Teads, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to key agency and client accounts in the West Coast.

  • Helping develop a growing category and account list for Teads by prospecting and closing business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts
  • Developing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  • Working closely with internal teams and SME’s to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients
  • Representing Teads in the online marketplace and becoming an active Brand Advocate
  • Meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Meeting weekly activity targets (8-10 meetings per week)
  • Working closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Ad Ops, Data, Insights & Measurement, Teads Studio, and Publishing to ensure client opportunity expectations are strategic and focused and campaign expectations are clear, on time, and on budget 
  • Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and operational excellence to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue at all times

What will you bring to the team?

  • 5-8+ years of digital media sales experience is required, ideally within mobile or video
  • Experience at a DSP, trading desk, or ad tech company required 
  • Experience selling SaaS or self serve business solutions preferred 
  • Deep relationships with Director and VP level and above contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers 
  • Seasoned understanding of the digital video marketplace 
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
