Lyft is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the Lyft Media Sales team is equipped with the content, resources, tools, training, and metrics necessary to effectively sell our advertising solutions. This role will be responsible for driving all training and enablement material for the Media team to help us achieve our growth goals.

This role requires a self-starter, who takes great pride in their work, has a knack for making information “stick” and is capable of balancing multiple work streams in parallel.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with Product, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to assess learner needs as well as scope, design and launch enablement strategies and training programs
  • Serve as a strong, consultative partner to the business by developing presentations, internal content (job aids, process guides, templates, best practice documents) and customer-friendly resources
  • Own the Lyft Media new hire onboarding experience and measure knowledge retention thru assessments and satisfaction via feedback surveys
  • Facilitate events and sit in on regular sales meetings to identify team and customer needs 
  • Develop and manage e-learning courses, certifications, and reporting in Docebo, our learning management system
  • Proactively seize opportunities to improve efforts by collecting and synthesizing feedback from all cross-functional stakeholders and execute routine content updates 
Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience directly supporting an advertising/media sales team
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to represent, collate and organize complex concepts into a curriculum that sales professionals can absorb and apply
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and proactively, both verbally and in writing
  • Experience developing engaging presentations, reference material and online courses
  • Experience managing a new hire onboarding or orientation program
  • Start-up/tech experience preferred
  • Well-versed in Google Suite solutions (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $84,000-$105,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
