The Enablement Systems team

The Enablement Systems team at Okta serves to build & orchestrate a highly scalable platform to successfully execute the Global Enablement team’s strategic plan, accelerate enablement innovation, and provide valuable insights to improve sales effectiveness.

The Enablement Data Analyst opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enablement Systems, this role will be responsible for helping us define and track KPIs, support strategic initiatives, and evaluate business impacts.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret enablement & sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations that provide key performance metrics in a clear and simple manner.
  • Serve as an expert in the enablement data to be able to identify gaps in accuracy or opportunities for increased data integrity.
  • Conduct enablement systems utilization analysis, find gaps, and identify trends to support adoption.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to the sales team and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Providing actionable insights to guide the Sales Enablement team.
  • Monitoring and evaluating sales enablement program performance.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a data analytics role including a minimum of 1+ years directly supporting Sales/GTM Enablement teams. 
  • Expert at data visualization with Tableau.
  • Experienced with SQL, Python, or other data processing languages/tools.
  • Exposure to learning management, knowledge management and/or content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exposure to learning management, knowledge management and/or content management systems.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California, Colorado, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, New York, and Washington is between:$106,000—$143,000 USD The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is between: $117,000—$158,000 USD
