We are seeking an energetic enablement entrepreneur to drive significant value for our Revenue organization, impacting the success of our company at large. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, delivery, and evolution of practical enablement & edutainment solutions across all seller roles, as well as advancing our Mentor-infused New Hire Seller Onboarding program.

You will report to the head of Sales Enablement, and be part of The SCORE CLUB: a group of enablement artists, who pledged to sellers to filter out the noise, give them what they need, when they need it, be their best selves, feel confident and prosper. This role works cross functionally across Sales (BDRs, Reps, SAs, Customer Success & Renewals), Marketing, Product & Threat Research to ensure our Revenue team is inspired and has the knowledge and skill for their best possible performance. You will create new, never-done-before programs using a methodology that isn’t written in books yet. You’ll be empowered to find new ways to elevate the capabilities of our revenue leaders and teams, ensuring every seller gets the opportunity to do their very best possible work, keep their customers safe, increase our market share and revenues, in preparation for our IPO.

What You Will Do:

  • Create and run enablement projects that give sellers what they need, when they need it, no less, no more
  • Continue evolving and innovating our new mentor-infused seller onboarding program
  • Create content, maintain an internal learning site for existing sellers and new hires to find concise & practical information
  • Work on strategic targeted enablement initiatives that aim at solving a specific issue across a select group of sellers
  • Participate in regular SCORE CLUB (enablement) shows

Basic Qualifications:

  • Practical Customer Success / Sales or SE/SA experience in the cybersecurity space
  • Passion to help others grow
  • Deal with ambiguity, make bold decisions, pick directions on your own
  • Comfortable collaborating with SMEs as well as executing independently
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills, good communicator
  • Manage competing priorities
  • Data-driven mindset: think what KPIs your work drives and how you will measure success
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders of various levels under time pressure

Additional Qualifications:

  • Broadcasting / podcasting / entertainment experience
  • Art, Sales background or both
  • Onboarding experience
  • Mentoring program experience
  • Experience with Gong, Highspot, WorkRamp

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000-150,000. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
