Sales Enablement Specialist - 12 Months Contract 

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team, dedicated to executing sales enablement strategies that empower our sales teams to excel. This role will collaborate closely with sales representatives, managers, and product teams to deliver comprehensive training and maintain and update our sales learning materials. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and passionate about driving sales success through strategic enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:
    • Collaborate with Sales leadership to facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars to equip sales representatives with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
    • Continuously evaluate and update training materials to align with evolving business needs and best practices.
  • Sales Material Development:
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and maintain a library of high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and resources.
    • Ensure that sales materials are up-to-date, on-brand, and aligned with key messaging and value propositions.
    • Regularly gather feedback from sales teams to refine and enhance sales materials based on performance and effectiveness.
  • Onboarding Program Support:
    • Assist in the execution of our onboarding program, Taboola U, by contributing to training delivery, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, accelerating their time to productivity.
  • Targeted Training Initiatives:
    • Collaborate with regional sales leaders and product teams to identify training needs and opportunities to support new initiatives and product launches.
    • Develop and implement targeted training programs to address specific sales challenges, market trends, or strategic priorities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, preferably within a technology or SaaS company.
    • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable training materials.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
    • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across teams and departments.
    • Proficient at using data analysis tools (tableau, google analytics, GenAI) to review trends and areas of opportunity.
    • Familiarity with sales enablement tools like Guru, Bridge, and Gong. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales enablement tools.
