As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving sales effectiveness and productivity by equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to excel in their roles. Your Tasks- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's sales objectives and growth targets.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify key areas for improvement and develop enablement initiatives to address them.
- Create and maintain sales enablement assets, including sales playbooks, training materials, and sales collateral, to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead sales training programs to ensure that the sales team has the knowledge and skills required to effectively engage with prospects and customers.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging, positioning, and sales tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs through metrics and feedback from the sales team, and make continuous improvements based on insights.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales enablement best practices and industry trends, and share knowledge and insights with the broader organization.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on sales processes and tools.
- Closely coordinate activities with other go to market teams, such as Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Customer Success
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools, with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance for the sales team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of sales enablement programs.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience working with sales enablement platforms and tools (e.g., CRM, sales content management, sales training platforms) preferred.
- Full proficiency in English plus one additional language
- Experience in organizing and running trainings
