Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, process driven Sales Enablement Specialist, who is passionate about the Wise mission – money without borders. You’ll be a part of the Wise Platform team, as the catalyst to increase sales productivity and performance across our Global Sales team, helping deliver world class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers.

We’ve launched partnerships globally, with the likes of Google Pay, Aspire, Xero and Mandiri, and today have 70+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.

A bit about the role:

You will be a senior leader in our Sales team, owning and driving initiatives that create a high performance global Sales team that can execute the core-aspects of their roles more efficiently and effectively. The role is based in our London office, but you will also work closely with the Global Wise Platform teams based in our offices around the world. You will also work closely with other functions, including marketing, product management, compliance & legal, implementation and engineering.

Your mission:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement plan that aligns with Wise Platform’s go to market strategy.
  • Hire and develop a sales enablement team, to support the global sales team
  • Develop a best-in-class onboarding program for all new sales members to follow globally.
  • Create and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and materials that ensure the sales team are equipped with the skills and knowledge to exceed their goals
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging, content, and collateral across our key verticals, including RFP assets, sales presentations and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to provide input on product positioning, features, and competitive differentiators that empower the Sales team to effectively communicate value to prospects and customers.
  • Work with regional Sales leaders to address training and development needs of the regional sales team
  • Establish and track core KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement programs, such as win rates, pipeline growth, and sales cycle velocity.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organisation, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members

A bit about you

  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies, processes, tools, best practices and how to best implement them for a global team.
  • You’re a natural leader - have a proven record of building and developing a high performing team, defining a clear plan with the team and quickly adapting as needed
  • You’re analytical - data driven on where the team can increase efficiency within the sales cycle. You can use this data to tailor your plans and create initiatives that effect change
  • You’re into the detail - you get close to deals and understand where we can really invest to have the biggest impact
  • You’re business-minded - and have worked with multiple sales teams in the past to grow a business unit holistically
  • You are Mission-driven and customer-focused - looking for synergistic partnerships that will benefit the customer and contribute to the Wise Mission

Some extra skills that would be awesome

  • Be familiar with the cross border payments landscapes and understand how they work today

 A bit about Wise:

Since 2011, we’ve had a clear mission: money without borders. Built by and for people who live global lives, we’re the fairest, easiest way to manage your money across borders.

We’re just at the beginning of our story and we’re growing at an incredible pace, already moving £27bn of international payments for customers and partners each quarter (and more than half of that instantly!). We won’t stop until anyone, anywhere can send, spend and receive money wherever they are, whatever they’re doing. There’s still heaps to do and we can’t do it alone.

Our People:

At Wise, you’ll be joining a movement of people who believe in a better, fairer, more transparent way of moving money around the world. You’ll collaborate to do your best work and take on problems that no one has looked at before.

If you’re keen to learn, grow, try new things and aren’t afraid of a bold plan, you’ll fit right in.

How we work:

At Wise our strategy emerges from the collective brainpower of all our people, who are organised in dozens of independent, autonomous teams. Teams stay closest to our customers, so they choose what problems to solve and where to spend the most time.

You’ll experience radical levels of ownership and empowerment within your role. Plus the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work on our customers.

Salary (annual)£80,000—£105,000 GBP

Every Wiser should feel that they can be themselves at work. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to share their contributions towards mission zero and able to progress in their careers.

Having diverse teams that reflect our diverse customer base helps us build a better product. We can be more creative and empathetic to our customer's needs and life experiences and makes sure we leave no-one behind on our journey to mission-zero.
