Sales Excellence Analyst (x/f/m)
Doctolib is looking for a Sales Excellence Analyst for Italy. You will work in the Sales Excellence team in structuring our Sales machine and maximizing the Sales efficiency and performance in Italy, in collaboration with the Sales Directors and the Managing Director.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Steer sales performance all over the sales cycle to shape Italian growth and contribute to continuous learning over the market
- Support the team in defining clear and right targets to boost performance
- Design bonus structure and compute them to align interests
- Participate in the construction of dashboards and reports in Salesforce
- Design & roll-out perfect sales tools
- Train Sales users on tools and ensure 100% adoption of tools
- Be the referent for end user support (Sales, managers...)

You could be our next team mate if you:
- 1-3 years of experience working in a consulting firm or scale-up company in similar positions;
- You hold a degree from a business school / engineering school;
- You have strong analytical skills, analytical approach to solve problems
- Excellent command of Excel
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate both verbally and in writing a compelling vision;
Now, it would be fantastic if you:
- You are used to working in an international environment and able to think global / act local;

- You are fluent in English. Native speaker of Italian. French is a plus;
