About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Initiatives Specialist to join our Sales Program team. In this role, you'll be a key contributor to our strategic sales initiatives and be responsible for helping complete initiatives that drives our sales performance and impacts our revenue pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level professional to come in and make a difference immediately by ensuring our internal communications, initiatives, and data are polished, professional, and on track.

What You Will Do
  • Create Polished, Professional Materials: Build and deliver compelling slides, reports, and templates that distill complex concepts into clear, high-level summaries for leaders. You'll also develop and update internal communications for various initiatives and campaigns
  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Serve as a key resource for our revenue initiatives by coordinating with other teams to gather feedback and inputs, ensuring we meet project timelines and goals
  • Analyze Field Feedback: Administer surveys and feedback forms, then analyze the responses to identify anecdotal trends and themes that are meaningful for leadership to know or make decisions off of.
  • Maintain Revenue Initiative Data Quality: Proactively maintain and improve the health of our revenue-generating programs by identifying and following up with team members to ensure data is accurate and complete.
What You Will Bring
  • Experience: 3-5 years as a specialist or analyst, preferably in a sales-supporting role within a B2B or technology company.
  • Technical Skills: You must have hands-on experience with Salesforce, a deep understanding of pipeline and how to build dashboards and reporting.
  • Project Management: Strong time management and organizational skills is a must. Being familiar with a project management tools like Monday.com is a plus!
  • Problem-Solving & Curiosity: A natural desire to dig deep into the details of a project to uncover opportunities and ensure all pieces are in place for successful execution
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable insights for a wide range of audiences
  • Presentation Skills: Experience with building professional, leadership-level presentations in Google Slides
