  • Design and execute a UK-specific growth strategy. Identify key market segments, assess the competitive landscape, and define a winning go-to-market approach.
  • Contribute beyond sales. Your insights will help shape local positioning as well as global product decisions.
  • Build scalable structures. From sales processes to client acquisition strategies, you’ll have the autonomy to create a foundation for sustainable success – with entrepreneurial drive.
  • Engage top-tier prospects. Align our powerful SaaS platform with the workflows and needs of financial institutions. Own the full sales cycle – from outreach to boardroom presentations.
  • Foster partnerships. Build lasting relationships within the finance and FinTech ecosystems, and collaborate with key market players and decision-makers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor. Understand each client’s unique challenges and co-create solutions that deliver real value.

Dein Profil

  • Proven track record in selling complex solutions in financial services or SaaS
  • Experience in launching or scaling a business in a new market is a strong plus
  • A strong network in the UK financial sector, including family offices, asset managers, and private banks
  • Expertise in building strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A hands-on, autonomous, and solution-focused builder’s mindset
  • Emotional intelligence and a natural ability to build trust quickly
  • Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making
