We are looking for a driven sales professional and travel enthusiast to join our contracting team in London. Our contracting team is responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with our hotel partners and in this role you will work directly with our hotel partners across the UK to inspire our members to escape in style.

The role & what you’ll do

As a contracts manager you will be responsible for negotiating and improving offers across the UK. This ranges from country hotels and spas to chic and boutique in the city, from beach resorts to self catering apartments. 

The role reports into our Head of Hotels. 

Day to day you will be working on…

  • Negotiating to ensure the best offers for your region. This happens by evaluating product standards and monitoring performances
  • Identifying a pipeline of sales that offer a constant diversity of product across your region, from country hotels and spas to chic and boutique in the city, from beach resorts to self-catering apartments
  • Drive the commercial growth of your region by building strong relationships with decision makers in the supply chain
  • Be an expert in your destination generating new leads and strategic acquisition of new product and fully understand the competitive landscape of the tourism trends of your region
  • Attend trade shows and networking events in the travel industry that will result in positive returns of increase business and learning
  • Liaising with other departments to drive the growth of your region

  • Excellent sales, business development with experience within the travel industry
  • A strong negotiator - able to close deals
  • Experience of building strategic partnerships with hotels
  • Good knowledge of hotel revenue management 
  • A target driven mindset with experience of working towards, and achieving, monthly targets
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
  • Commercial astute with high numeracy and analytical skills
